April's Cheapskate

When
I got through my first playthrough of Shredder's Revenge I knew what I
had to draw. It also helps that the Cheapskate was one of my
first TMNT toys as a kid. :3
I've drawn April quite a bit but it's been a minute since I've done so
and I forgot how much fun she is to work on. I might have to come
back to her more often! :D
