Later in the GI Joe line they decided to jazz-up Cobra Commander with
some snazzy new armor. I swear, I think I'm the only person that
likes the damn thing. I think I went nuts when they released the
figure in the 25th anniversary line. XD
No "gender bending" fan fic here, I just decided to model this on a
lady to help win people over. Nothing really fancy here other
than changing little details here and there to better fit an hourglass
figure. ^_^
