I've
been thinking about drawing Felicia from the Animated Series for a
while and tonight I finally jumped on it. Her hair was trickier
to replicate than I though, but that's probably due to my comfort zone.
^_^;
I begrudgingly kept her eye color blue (true to that time in animation
when EVERYBODY had blue eyes XD) instead of green. I guess in the
end it goes with her outfit.
