Summer Solstice Elsa 2015.03.05 Here's a quick little piece of Elsa in her Summer Solstice dress from the Frozen Fever short.  I went with a super simple coloring style here since the lines were also super simple.  That and shading all of the patterns and such on her dress and cape would look really busy with my usual shading styles. I started on this pic after getting the Frozen Fever doll set.  Now that I have the dolls I've got good references of the outfits.
