A piece I've been working on for last month or so. I actually tried inking this as pixel art but I just couldn't get a feeling for it. So in the end I cheated by playing with the resolution (I've uploaded a frame before I pixellated it). ^_^;

This is my first time going for a retro pixel art look but I already know what I'll do differently if I do something like this again. I'd change the proportions since my "regular" style usually results in pretty long legs, that way her torso and face would be more apparent. I'll also make my inked lines much bolder so I'd get a more blocky look when I convert the art down to a lower resolution. I might also give drawing via a grid system another shot.
