I've
sketched a female version of Metalhawk's Pretender shell off and on
over the years and the other day I decided to finally see one all the
way to the end.
Halfway through the sketch I started doodling the robot form and from
there decided to make this a bigger pic. The top-heavy Pretender
shell coupled with the anime's lanky robot lent themselves to my style.
At least, that's the excuse I'm sticking to. XD
