I've
been meaning to draw Betsy in her new threads ever since pictures of
the new Uncanny X-Force book were released but the bug finally bit me
hard when I got X-Men #1 in my grubby little hands earlier today.
In fanboy glee mode I hastily threw this together. Not my
best work, but not a disaster either. XD
This has some proportion problems but not bad for a piece I threw
together in an hour. This version of Psylocke is hella fun to
draw and I'll definitely come back to her again. I went with a
really simple cel-shaded look for the colors here since I wanted to
show off the panel lines in her outfit. Even though it has some
tech-y elements to it, the design as a whole is very elegant and sleek
so the simple shading helps show that off. ^_^
