Here's a VERY late Christmas/Birthday/WhateverElseIMissed present for my buddy Meredith. XD
She asked for something cute involving Rapunzel and Pascal from
Tangled. I wrestled with a couple ideas but nothing ever happened
with them until this idea popped into my head while watching The Little
Mermaid. :3
I threw a little more detail into this one than I usually do, because
it's a gift and that I knew I couldn't completely recreate the 3D look
with my art style. So I thought I'd throw some more extra bits at
the art to make up for that and I think it turned out okay. ^_^
