Ultra Magna

It's
been a while since I've drawn an Ultra Magnus lady, especially the core
robit version. Honestly, I did this mainly because I wanted to
draw Magnus's rifle. :3
Though the core robot has a special place in my heart. I had G1
Ultra Magnus as a kid but the armor was quickly broken and lost,
leaving only the albino Optimus Prime behind. I really liked the
cab Prime and loved the blue and red paint on his face that offset the
white and silver. Obviously I geeked the fuck out when Dreamwave
had Magnus bust out of his armor. Fast forward to now where we
just got that multipack with cab Ultra Magnus and Missing Link on the
horizon? Us Magnus fans are eating well!
As for the art, I've always made Ultra Magna a red head but I think
this is the first time I purposely changed her hairstyle to be
different than Optimus Prima's. This was tricker than it looked
to ink and color but all-in-all it was a lot of fun. Maybe a pic
of her teaming up with her sister is in order...?
