I
put this one together for my buddy Mary's birthday. Utena is her
favorite character of all time and I dig her movie outfit so that's why
that happened. I've gotten a little more comfortable drawing
anime stuff so I thought I'd try my hand here again. She's not
completely on-model but she looks a lot better this way than she would
in my usual style. ^_^
